Inga will lead our drum circle. We will also have a releasing flame ceremony of all that is outmoded in our lives, and to bring in a new intention. We the evening will finish with a deep sound bath.

A practice that fuses yin yoga shapes and tension release techniques (TRE) to help the body let go of years of stress, trauma and tension. Perfect to help shake off the last year of pandemic stress.

Amy will guide you through breath work, baby focus, movement and relaxation to prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond. We will always make time for a chat about the experience of pregnancy.

This monthly alternative Friday night out is designed to help challenge and grow your yoga practice whilst having fun to exciting playlists. In our 90 minute masterclass, you’ll get a strong, creative vinyasa flow sequence to move and connect with your body.

We often forget to treat ourselves to the simple gift of time to pause and rest. Expect gentle movement, stretching, breath work and deeply restful yoga nidra. Babies welcome but focus on Mamas!

Allow the body time to open up, release and go deep. And, we rarely move off the floor. Physically we’ll open up the tissues, use chosen shapes to release energetic blocks and for 90-minutes you’ll get the space to notice how you truly are.
