BEGINNERS COURSE

A 4 week course dedicated to breaking down the basics of yoga, giving you the confidence to join our open classes when you finish. 

YOGA BASICS

Weekly open classes that stick to the basics of a gentle yoga practise, giving you time in each posture, deeper understanding of philosophy and sweet relaxation

HATHA YOGA

A traditional slower practise that gives you time to feel in to each posture. A great class to join once you have been to  beginners or if you fancy a regular balanced practise. We offer hatha yoga at different levels

VINYASA FLOW

A dynamic, flowing yoga practise that pieces each posture (asana) together with seamless transitions and creative sequencing.  Expect a balance of  strength, stretch, breathe focus and relaxation! 

HATHA FLOW

A fluid, dynamic yet slower paced practise. Expect longer held postures and slow, controlled transitions.

PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION & RELAXATION
YIN YOGA

Longer held postures allow your nervous system time to unwind and let go plus a deeper letting go in your muscles and tissues. Expect a few postures held for a long time and a feeling of bliss

RELAX AND RESTORE

In this class we get out all the props and support to give you the most comfy, cosy experience. Expect gentle postures and relaxation.

PILATES

Breath-led exercises designed to strengthen; a safe, low-impact, protective practice focused predominately on the spine and muscles which protect it - the core.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Whether you have never done yoga before or love a strong practise, pregnancy yoga is for you during this powerful, transformative time.  Our specially trained teachers will guide you through breathe work, movement and relaxation to prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
