What to expect:
🤰 An hour of Pregnancy Yoga with Amy which is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Amy will guide you through breath work, babyfocus movement and relaxation, and allow some special time to chat.
🤰 An hours Self Massage class with Tanya using massage balls to ease aches and pains, with time to discuss any specific Pregnancy issues, discuss posture in sitting and sleeping, how to use your pelvic floor as well as relax it for labour, and tips to make your pregnant body feel a little more comfortable.
🤰 2 taster talks from special guests
There will also be time for some yummy nibbles and hot/cold drinks.
Places are limited to 10 during Covid to ensure your safety, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
