About pregnancy yoga at Zest:

 

Whether you have never done yoga before or usually love a regular yoga practise, pregnancy yoga is for you during this powerful, transformative time. Amy will guide you through breathe work, baby focus, movement and relaxation to prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Plus we will always make time for a chat about the experience of pregnancy!

About postnatal yoga at Zest:

 

After the huge transition, change and healing that our bodies go through during pregnancy, birth and the '4th trimester' yoga can be the perfect antidote. In class we will slowly and gently start move our bodies, stretch, ease back in to strengthing, reconnect and give ourselves some precious 'me' time. Babies are welcome to come along (feeding, changing and shhhing all very welcome!) but the focus of this class is on you!

About Amy:

Amy has been teaching yoga for 10 years and pregnancy yoga for 4. She had her first baby in 2019. During her pregnancy she learnt how special and benefitial pregnancy yoga can be, particularly for really taking time to focus on yourself, baby and the experience of being pregnant. Amy is passionate about supporting pregnant women to move safely in a way that helps your body to maintain and build strength, to ease pregnancy related aches and to develop the mind body breath connection ready for birth.
