Get the retreat experience in a day as explore some of the fundamentals of selfcare whilst reflecting on ways we can bring these into our life in simple and sustainable ways.



Yoga Practice

We are going to kick off the morning by getting the energy flowing.  Expect a fun yoga practice set to some seriously good tunes to awaken the body.



Nutritious Lunch 

Food should be something that makes the soul sing.  So, after our morning practice, it’s time to share a delicious lunch packed full of fresh and nutritious ingredients to excite the taste buds!



Meditation & Journaling

Whilst lunch is settling, it’s time to find some clarity.  We’ll use meditation and journaling exercises to start exploring what actions we need to take moving forward to ensure we continue to take care of ourselves.



Yin, Restorative & Nidra

That all important (and often forgotten) time to slow down.  Using Yin and Restorative Yoga we will explore the art of stillness, so we can find a connection back to the simplicity of being and finish with a deeply restful yoga nidra.

About Christine:

Christine is one of our resident teachers here at Zest who you will find on the timetable throughout the week for juicy Zesty Flow, or stillness and release in Yin.  She made the bold leap a few years ago to follow her passions and create a life that made her soul happy; teaching yoga, making/creating and living on the water aboard her quirky narrow boat.  Nothing makes her happier than getting to share her passions of movement, creativity and finding connection to self, our environment and others.  She brings a huge personality to all her classes and events, always with a sense of humour and a big fat smile!
