Enhance your yoga practise with the power of the lunar cycle.

 Explore how to use the lunar cycle to deepen your yoga practice. You will be guided through a yin yoga sequence to deeply release and relax before you are immersed in a Nidra practice to set intentions for your yoga practice/daily life.

What to Expect:

  • A cup of tea

  • Explore and set a Sankalpa (intention formed by the heart and mind)

  • Mat based yin shapes to prepare and reconnect the physical, mind and energy bodies for Nidra

  • A 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice

  • An opportunity (if you wish) to share without judgement

  • Take home ideas for a full moon ritual to honour your inner strength this lunar cycle

Becoming a mum and being able to create space for yoga has had to evolve from what it was.

Honoring the lunar cycle alongside Yoga Nidra is an integral part of my regular yoga practice. Understanding and using sankalpas has had profound benefits in my daily life. This has been my gateway into a focused guilt free parent practice. I can use the breath and sankalpa anywhere and the moon helps me to honour self care.

I would love this to be a space for students to regularly support their Lunar cycle and Nidra practice.
