ABOUT CANDLE LIT MINI RETREAT
Rest & Relax with an afternoon taking care of you with Christine Blair.
This 2-hour mini retreat is your chance to take a break to rest and recharge.
We will start with some gentle mindful movement followed by an hour of restorative yoga wrapped up in blankets and supported by bolsters before we move into a deeply restful yoga nidra (yogic sleep) designed to help your body rest, nervous system settle and perhaps find some clarity in your thoughts.
After practice we will enjoy time to connect and share over home made chai tea and locally made delicious cake.

Yoga isn't just something I do and teach, it's about who I am and how I choose to live. A conscious balance for a healthy and happy body, mind and attitude to life. The practice of yoga has done so much for me and my wellbeing, and I can't wait to share it with you.
