You will catch Zest co-founder Lynne regularly in class! She started to practise yoga 5 years ago and since has been dreaming of bringing the practise that had such a big impact on her life to her local area!
Rachel has been practising and living Yoga since the mid nineties, teaching for 7 years. She loves to share traditional Yoga practices that keep in line with its roots and heritage as living this way keeps her healthy, balanced & peaceful!
Paula brings a perfect balance of playful and focused, effort and ease to the mat! She offers a wonderful mixture of styles from beginners taking it easy to a challenging, fun and strong flow.
Jamie initially fell in love with yoga as a way to bring strength, flexibility and focus to his work as a performer. Passionate about the creativity that Vinyasa/ flow can bring to traditional Hatha poses he offers friendly, fun classes for all levels.
Louise creates a fun, challenging, accessible class where each person can practice at their own level & can see progression. With a special interest in injury and chronic conditions, Louise also draws from Pilates' ancient cousin Yoga to lead a complimentary, strengthening practice.
Ajikya has been imparting the ancient yogic wisdom and practises across India for many years. Over 5000 people have experienced his workshops and relaxation techniques.
Inga is a sound healer. She teaches sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy based in Cornwall. She is also a vocalist and composer and is currently undertaking a PhD in music. At Zest she offers monthly sound baths where you are immersed in beautiful relaxing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, drums and voice.
Claire brings her love of yoga to life in a playful yet soothing atmosphere.
She has a passion for the effects yoga can have on our mental health, particularly when experiencing anxiety and panic. Her classes focus on the intricacies of subtle movement and breath in the body to find calm, whether hatha or more restorative forms of yoga.
Founder of Moon Forest Flow Carly's passion lies in yoga for women, re-wilding and strengthening a deep connection to ourselves and our world.
Christine's classes are always fun, explorative and creative. Her playful, light energy creates a great atmosphere for movement, focus and relaxation!
Annas classes explore the combination of Yin and Yang. Yin allows for the release of tension through stillness whilst Yang works the body from tip to toe, allowing people to explore movement, strength and flexibility- getting to know themselves a better. Anna loves this way of finding balance in both yoga and life!
