So you've been thinking to get into yoga but you're not sure where to start. We understand it can be overwhelming!
Our best advice? Book a class suitable for beginners and just turn up. No overthinking it. No thinking it's too late, or too early, wondering if you're strong or flexible enough for yoga. ​
