TRADITIONAL HATHA  with Codie every Thursday 6-7pm
RISE & SHINE YOGA FOR ALL with Michelle every Saturday 9.30- 10.30am

STARTING YOUR YOGA JOURNEY

So you've been thinking to get into yoga but you're not sure where to start. We understand it can be overwhelming! 

 

Our best advice? Book a class suitable for beginners and just turn up. No overthinking it. No thinking it's too late, or too early, wondering if you're strong or flexible enough for yoga. 

Our gifted teachers will help you start your practice, or seamlessly pick up where you left, helping you build a safe, sustainable practice that is nourishing for the body, mind and soul.
