Our 4 week courses are dedicated to breaking down the basics of yoga, giving you the confidence to join our open classes when you finish. Perfect if you have never done yoga before or if you feel like you would like to build your confidence and understand a bit more about the basics!

- Monday 6.30pm Yoga Basics with Debbie
- Thursday 10am Yoga Basics with Debbie
- Thursday 6pm Traditional Hatha with Rachel
- Sunday 10.30am Hatha Yoga with Caroline
