Our 4 week courses are dedicated to breaking down the basics of yoga, giving you the confidence to join our open classes when you finish. Perfect if you have never done yoga before or if you feel like you would like to build your confidence and understand a bit more about the basics!

- Thursday 6pm Traditional Hatha Yoga with Codie
- Saturday 9.30am Relaxing flow with Tricia
